Audience Lab Case Study: Crisis Communications in 48 Hours

When a sudden service disruption hit, the client ran a 48-hour Opinion Estonia audience lab to pressure-test messaging across language groups.

We recruited 120 customers, partners, and regulators across five languages, then iterated statements through moderated sessions and live dial testing.

The final comms plan scored +22 net trust and cut inbound call volume by 37% after rollout.
